Can I get Cash on Delivery for subscriptions?

No. Subscriptions use prepaid recurring payments only so each cycle can be processed automatically. Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible one-time orders.

Is delivery free for subscriptions?

Yes. Every ZenTea subscription includes free delivery.

Can I subscribe to only one pack?

No. Subscriptions start at a minimum of two packs per cycle so the cadence and delivery model remain practical.
