No dust.
Whole leaf only. If the leaf is broken, the flavour is lost before it reaches you.
We make three Darjeeling green tea blends in small batches, by hand, close to where the tea is grown. That is the entire premise.
Why we started
If the tea grows in Darjeeling, why is it blended somewhere else? Why is the leaf broken into dust, then sprayed to taste like fruit, when the real fruit exists?
We couldn’t find a good answer. So we built something without one.

Origin
Darjeeling sits between 600 and 2,000 metres in the eastern Himalayas. The mountain air is cold, the morning fog thick, the leaves slow to mature. That slow growth concentrates the flavour — the muscat note Darjeeling is known for is a side effect of altitude, not a recipe.
We work with first-flush leaves picked between March and April, when the cup is at its best. Whole-leaf only. Never the dust that ends up in supermarket bags.
How
Most flavoured green tea travels in two streams. The leaf travels one way; the flavour — or the fruit, or the flower — travels another. They meet in a factory, get mixed, then sit in a warehouse for months before they reach you.
We do it differently. Real pineapple, real jasmine, real ginger and lemon — sourced and dried close by, then blended into the leaf by hand, in small batches, in Darjeeling. Each pack leaves the same district it was grown in.
Not a logistics detail. A flavour argument.

The Founder
She picks the day’s leaves, weighs the botanicals, watches the blend, and signs off every pack that goes out. If something doesn’t taste right that morning, it doesn’t ship. That’s the entire QC system.
It’s a small operation by design. Small enough that one person can hold the standard. Big enough to send tea to anyone in India within a week of it being blended.

What we don’t do
Whole leaf only. If the leaf is broken, the flavour is lost before it reaches you.
Real fruits, real flowers, real herbs. No flavour oils. No preservatives. No shortcuts.
Small batches, hand-blended. Made the week it ships, not the year before.
