Refunds apply only when: the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND “the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.” Opened, used, or consumed products are ineligible.

Refunds apply only when: the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND “the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.” Opened, used, or consumed products are ineligible.
The company declines refunds for change of mind, customer ordering errors, or minor variations in taste, aroma, or appearance.
Customers must contact Zentea within 48 hours of delivery providing: order number, clear photos and videos of product and packaging, and a brief issue description. Requests without proper documentation may not be reviewed.
The team reviews requests and notifies customers of approval or rejection “within 3–5 business days.”
Approved refunds process to the original payment method. Allow “5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.”
Zentea may offer replacements instead of refunds at their discretion when products are available.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from company error (damaged or incorrect items).
