Don’t do this
The four common mistakes.
- 1.
Boiling water. Burns the leaf, releases catechins instantly. The cup tastes like wet cardboard. Always let boiled water sit 60–90 seconds first.
- 2.
Over-steeping. Past three minutes, the chemistry shifts. The leaf releases tannins that taste astringent. Set a timer. Trust it.
- 3.
Squeezing the leaves. It feels like you're getting more tea. You're not — you're releasing the bitter compounds you just avoided.
- 4.
Adding sugar before tasting. Try a sip plain first. The fruit and floral notes are already there. Most people stop adding sugar after the first week.

How long it lasts
Every 50g pack makes 25–26 cups.
The Signature Trio (3 × 50g) makes 75+ cups.
That’s ₹11–13 a cup. Less than a biscuit.
Now that you know how — pick your blend.
