Refunds are not applicable for products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

Minor variations in taste, aroma, or appearance

How to Request a Refund

Requests submitted without proper documentation may not be eligible for review.

Refund Review & Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days. Zentea reserves the right to request additional information if required.

Refund Method & Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion, if the product is available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
